Overview

The North Star Palm Cove is a one bedroom, self contained apartment in the Coral Coast Resort located within the Novotel complex. The apartment features one queen bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the lounge making it a perfect choice for couples or small families looking to escape to a tropical paradise.

Our apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and an internal laundry with a washer/dryer combo. All linen and towels are provided and are hotel-quality cleaned for your comfort.

Upon arrival, we provide you with a complimentary start up pack including milk, coffee and other necessities to help you in settle into your stay.

The North Star also has a balcony which overlooks the pool and a magnificent view of the nearby mountain ranges. There is a large outdoor barbecue next to the pool waiting for you to cook up your fresh catch of the day under the stars.

Travel Directions

To get to the North Star Palm Cove from the Cairns Airport, follow the Captain Cook Highway towards Port Douglas for approximately 25km. There are two roads into Palm Cove turn right onto the second road which is Warren Street. Turn left onto Cedar Road and then left onto Coral Coast Drive. Follow Coral Coast Drive all the way through the Novotel complex until you find White Cowrie (the last Cowrie). The North Star is on the third floor and has lift access.

Palm Cove is right between Cairns and Port Douglas which means that there are endless things to do right on your doorstep. 100's of tour companies operate out of Palm Cove, with most of them picking you up right from your accommodation. In Palm Cove, you could try fishing from the jetty, jet-skiing, or walking through the luscious tropical grounds. Why not try a round of golf and finish at one of Palm Cove's award winning spas/
