The property faces Vasey Esplanade and the beach with vehicle access and reception in Moore Street. The property features secure undercover parking and security code access. Sea Point on Trinity Beach comprises two buildings surrounded by lush landscaping and divided by a central resort style courtyard complete with large swimming pool and spa, separate children's pool, barbecue area, tropical vegetation, water feature and Japanese gardens. Apartments are on 3 levels all with lift access. All two bedroom apartments feature ensuite bathroom to each bedroom.
