Swimming pool with rainforest backdrop, BBQ, tea/coffee and other self catering facilities available.

Four minutes walk to Blarneys restaurant, ten minutes walk to Woolworths, pub/resort, newsagent, chemist, butcher, movie hire and clothing boutiques.

Tour bookings can be arranged for you upon your arrival.

If you wish to bring your own boat we have plenty of room for off street parking and washing down facilities.

Travel Directions

From Cairns

Travel south along the Bruce Highway, you will pass through Innisfail. Approx. 20 minutes after Innisfail take turn off to Mission Beach on the left at El Arish. 10 minutes later after driving through rainforest you will pass small industrial area including a hardware store. Turn right at the sign to Wongaling Beach, Cassowary Drive. Travel along this road for 4 kms until shopping centre. Turn left into Wongaling Beach Road, then left again at first street on left (Coolabah Street). Travel down and turn left at second street on left (Spurwood Close). Tropical Escape is just on the right.
